Flat Rate Shipping

We offer $15 flat rate shipping on all orders within the continental United States.
All orders are shipped via UPS Ground, typically delivered within 3–7 business days, depending on your location.

Packaging & Insurance

Every order is carefully packed and fully insured to ensure your handmade creation arrives safely.
You’ll receive tracking information once your order has shipped, so you can follow its journey to your doorstep.

Refunds & Exchanges

Due to the nature of our handcrafted designs, we do not accept refunds or exchanges.
However, if your item arrives damaged, we’ll make it right.

Reporting Damage

If your item was damaged in transit, please contact us within four (4) days of delivery.
To help us process your claim, include the following:

• Clear photos of the damaged item

• Photos of the shipping box, including any damage to the exterior

• Your order number

This information is necessary to submit an insurance claim and initiate a replacement.

Shipping Address Policy

Please double-check your shipping address before submitting your order. We are not responsible for items shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
If a package is returned due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, additional shipping fees may apply.
